Before successful payment

A cancelled or rejected checkout does not create activation keys. Where PayPal confirms that no capture occurred, no payment was taken by TELENET LTD.

After payment

Requests are reviewed according to the activation and delivery state, the reason for the request and applicable mandatory law. An unused activation key may be revoked when a refund is approved. A key already used to issue an offline-capable hardware-bound licence cannot reliably revoke a licence already delivered to a computer.

Payment-provider processing

Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment channel where possible. PayPal and banks may require additional processing time. Partial refunds, reversals and disputes are reviewed individually.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer cancellation, conformity or remedy rights.
