Refund and Return Policy

Contact support@telenet-eu.com with the order reference, delivery email and reason for the request. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer cancellation, conformity, warranty or remedy rights.

Before successful payment

A cancelled or rejected checkout does not create activation keys or a dongle shipment. Where the payment provider confirms that capture did not occur, no payment was taken by TELENET LTD.

PhCNC LSSE digital software license

PhCNC LSSE provides a no-time-limit Evaluation Mode so customers can test the CAM preparation and simulation workflow before purchase. Refund requests are reviewed according to the activation and digital-delivery state, the stated reason, accepted immediate-delivery consent and applicable mandatory law.

An unused activation key may be revoked when a refund is approved. A key already used to issue an offline-capable computer-bound license cannot reliably revoke a license file already delivered to that computer. Future activation, transfer, replacement or reissue may be blocked after an approved refund or payment reversal.

PhCNC LSSE HD physical dongle

Return eligibility for the physical USB dongle depends on delivery state, condition, completeness, applicable mandatory rights and prior authorization from TELENET LTD. Customers should not return a dongle without receiving return instructions. Shipment damage, missing contents or non-delivery should be reported with photographs or tracking evidence where available.

Original or return shipping, import charges and customs costs are handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the return. A lost dongle is not automatically refundable or replaceable; replacement conditions and cost are reviewed individually.

Refund processing and disputes

Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment channel where possible. Payment providers and banks may require processing time. Partial refunds, reversals and disputes are reviewed individually, and historical order and licensing records are retained where required for accounting, support, fraud prevention or legal claims.
