Terms of Sale

These terms apply to direct purchases of PhCNC LSSE software activation keys from TELENET LTD. Product, quantity, net price, tax and final price are displayed before payment. Payment is processed by PayPal.

Delivery and licensing

After confirmed payment, the purchased activation keys are displayed through a protected result page and sent to the delivery email supplied by the customer. Each key activates one computer and is converted into a hardware-bound software licence under the published licensing workflow. Activation keys are not the final licence file.

Customer information

The customer must provide an accurate delivery email, billing identity and country. Company customers are responsible for supplying correct company and VAT information. Country or payment verification failures may stop checkout before capture.

Software use

The licence is for the purchased PhCNC LSSE Software License Edition and may not be shared between more computers than the purchased quantity. Virtual-machine use is not permitted for this edition. Reverse engineering, key sharing and fabrication or modification of licence files are prohibited to the extent permitted by law.

Contact support@telenet-eu.com for delivery or activation problems. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or statutory warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
