Terms of Sale

These terms apply to direct sales by TELENET LTD. Product, edition, quantity, price, shipping where applicable, tax and final payable amount are displayed before payment. Online purchasing is not enabled until TELENET LTD. completes production payment-system verification.

PhCNC LSSE Software License

PhCNC LSSE is CAM software for PCB prototyping. It can be evaluated without a time limit before purchase. Evaluation Mode includes project import, editing, arrangement, panelization, tabs, toolpath and in-memory G-code generation, native project saving, printing, and CNC simulation. Production-file export, including saving or copying G-code and exporting Gerber or other production-use output formats, requires a valid license.

The software license is perpetual, delivered electronically and bound to one computer. Each purchased activation key creates one software license through online or offline activation. The software-license edition does not use USB license dongles.

Where applicable, a consumer requesting immediate digital delivery expressly consents to delivery beginning before the end of a withdrawal period and acknowledges the legal consequences presented during checkout. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

PhCNC LSSE HD Hardware Dongle Edition

PhCNC LSSE HD is a separate application edition licensed by the official USB license dongle supplied with the product. The perpetual license is portable between compatible computers together with the dongle. Required HD software and dongle drivers must be installed, and the dongle must remain connected while licensed production-file export is used.

The destination country determines the configured fixed shipping zone. Tracked shipping, applicable VAT or tax and the final total are shown before payment. Import VAT, customs duties, customs-clearance charges and other destination-country fees are payable by the recipient where applicable.

The customer must provide a complete delivery address and contact information. Shipment damage or non-delivery should be reported promptly with the order and tracking references. Lost dongles are not treated as ordinary software-license transfers; any replacement eligibility, identity verification and cost are reviewed individually by TELENET LTD.

Customer information and restrictions

Customers must provide accurate identity, email, billing, country, tax and shipping information. Country, payment or restricted-destination verification may prevent order creation or payment capture. Sales, licensing and shipping are not available to destinations restricted under the current TELENET LTD. policy.

Software use and support

Licenses may not be shared beyond the purchased quantity. Reverse engineering, key sharing and fabrication or modification of license files are prohibited to the extent permitted by law. Contact support@telenet-eu.com for delivery, activation or shipment problems.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or statutory warranties and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
